In reality it is the high concentration of omega-3 fats as our brain is more than 60 % structural fat. For it to be functioning properly, this structural fat needs to be primarily the omega-3 fats found in walnuts, flaxseed and cold-water fish. |

Best is to adopt a diet with a variety of foods from mother nature as it is the combination of the compounds found in fresh organically grown fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts and grains, dairy products, high quality meat and seafood products which is associated with longer life and protection against numerous diseases including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and a number of cancers. |
